Conjugation of 'haber'
The verb 'haber' in 3rd person singular is 'HA' and also "HAY'. I don't really understand the difference.

I looked for the originator of this worksheet which was posted on the forum awhile back. But it has been very helpful to me. Sorry to whoever originally posted it.

I would like to have a native speaker explain this one too. To me it is a verb expression that does not fit into any conjugation. Italian has a similar verb "ecco" which means "here is" or "here are". Like: Ecco il mio passaporto. Ecco can not be found in any conjugation either.
