This is a dirivitive of "huevona" ....... "lazy" in the feminine conjugation.
Further explanation would have to be done thru a PM, otherwise I would be banned for life.

Yes, as Julian says: it means "lazy" in the feminine form. For males it's "huevón," which is in the SD dictionary.

Floja, perezosa, huevona all are ways of saying lazy but huevona is the strongest/ most derogatory of the three.
