Estoy bien: I'm fine, that's good
Estoy buena : misspelled (actually, Estoy 'buena' means that you're a very pretty woman. =D, but it's wrong)

Hello katy. Welcome to Q&A. This is an interesting question because they mean very 'similar' things. Normally, you would use "Estoy bien" for 'I'm fine' or 'I'm well' or even 'I'm happy'. But generally, 'Bien' covers a lot more ground than 'Bueno'. For example: 'Bien de veces' means 'Lots of times'. ¡Que bien! means 'Great'! and 'Estoy muy bien aquí' means 'I feel very happy here'. And in certain phrases it can mean 'Correct'.
Buena, on the other hand is 'mostly' restricted to 'Good,Well and Fine'. An example of using it to describe a person could be: "Katy está muy buena" which would mean 'Katy is very attractive'. But this is only used in the (familiar ) sense. Hope this is of some help. Regards...Jool.
