Don't take a lazy route.
Just want to say to all new-folks, please if you have a question, try to figure out the answer first and if you cannot, then ask for help. Also, please do not make it your goal to just join the chat. Your goal is to become fluent in English or Spanish (depending), so please use this site accordingly. Right? Anyway, I'm just supporting Rac1's post with this one. ![]()
Thanks for this wonderful site.

Wow, I guess I am very naive to notice these things!
- Something that I have noticed lately, is a huge amount of "new" members with no or little points asking "homework" questions. The worst part, is that he/she (I am guessing is the same person) doesn't even have the courtesy to say, please, or thank you!
Hello everyone. I certainly agree with nikkiR that the Q&A section has 'recently' been filled up with 'Vote Hunters'! Unfortunately, a lot of them are new members who are asking unbelievably simple questions that the 'Translator' couldn't fail to answer. I've even come across some people who have outrightly 'Asked' me to vote for their daft question...and of course, I didn't do it. I haven't been on here for that long, but I can honestly say that, this is the very best site I've found, and have learned a 'Lot' in a very short space of time. Also, as strange as it may seem, I've made lots of friends on here who are considerate, humorous, helpful, diplomatic etc. I hope that some of these 'Vote Hunters' will read this and get to grips with what this site was created for...'To learn Spanish'!!! Warmest regards...Jool.
after i uesd this site and was easier than now but anyway i love this site
I suggested (others may have as well) that a certain amount of reputation be needed to use chat. Unfortunately I think the bar was set way too low. If it was set at 500 or 1000 then there would not be vote hunters as you would need to dedicate significant time to the site in order to acquire sufficient reputation to use the chat function. 30 is just too little to ensure that chat is used seriously and prevent question spamming.
But I guess it is a question of balance as people joining solely to chat increase the user statistics.
