Masculine
- El coche verde. The green car. (You can also say carro, auto, automóvil) Personally, I have never use the word coche, but I am not from Mexico and I believe they use coche. I'm not sure about other Spanish speaking countries. Anyways, either word is correct!
- El autobús de dos pisos. The double decker bus.

they are both masculine. other words for el coche are, el carro and el auto. if you are specifically talking about a van or pickup truck, you can use la camioneta, although any of the other words will work just fine.
