I know human being is "ser humano", but what is the plural.
I got points taken off my composition because I wrote ser humanos rather than seres humanos.
Is seres humanos the plural of "ser humano"?

The verb "ser" is being used here as a noun. So the noun must be made plural.

Yes, in Spanish, the word for "being" is "ser," so in making it plural, it would be "seres." And since "humano" is the adjective that describes "seres," a plural noun, it must be plural as well.
- human being = el ser humano
- human beings = los seres humanos
