The question asks do your friends listen to music so if you are a person of few words you would just say Sí or No.

If you'd like to give more information, you can simply change the words around.
Sí, mis amigos esuchan a...
and then you can say the bands/musicians in English that your friends listen to.
band = grupo de música singer = cantante
