I remember that at that time (yo entonces) I lived with my grandparents. "Entonces" in this case means "then", "at that time".

There are other ways to write this sentence to get better meaning : Recuerdo que en aquel tiempo yo vivía con mis abuelos. Recuerdo que en aquel entonces yo vivía con mis abuelos. "en aquel tiempo" = "en aquel entonces" = "at that time"
