"Algunos" versus "unos".

When should I use "algunos" or "algunas" and should I use "unos" or "unas"? For example, should I say "algunas personas" or "unas personas" when saying "some people"?

They are are kind of synonyms, but sometimes it is better or more precise to use one or the other.
- Algunos/Algunas = Some ... personas, carros, perros, gatos, naranjas, etc.
- Unos/unas = A few
- ¡Algunas veces me siento cansado después del almuerzo!
- ¡Unas veces me siento cansado después del almuerzo, y otras no!
- ¡Dame unas cuantas recomendaciones!
