How do I say "emprender"? I tried making a better explanation but this thing kept saying I was being spammy.

I was suggested to use "Behavior" as a translation. - Cisley_O, Feb 28, 2012

Yes, you're right. That doesn't fit with the Spanish. I think that an exchange helps not only to enter a new culture, to learn to understand and accept different points of view, to exploit our capacity of adaptation

emprender - to start, to undertake could be used.

To exploit our capacity of adaptation and to undertake this great adventure

Thank you again, sanlee!

My problem is that what I mean with 'emprender' is not only to start something. Here we call "emprendedor" to someone who starts new things, like a new business, someone who takes advantage of opportunities and isn't afraid of trying things. Is there a similar verb in English that I could use?
