Tienes sed durante las clases= would be better, as ''tus'' is something ,more personal, and clases,=courses at school is something you amost always share, unless it;s private lesson where you are on your own! Bur anyway, more typical Spanish is ''tienes sed durantes las clases?'', this means in English, if you want to know trans. ''Are you thirstly during the lesson?'', better to be said ''Tienes sed normalmente durantes tus clases?'', meaning ''are you usually thirsty during lessons'',as this may not always happen like this, and placing emphasis, on ''usually''= normalmente THANKS!!
