I'm just taking a wild guess here that you want a translation. I have taken the liberty to re-write the line.
Do not have friends who are not your equal.
No tenga amigos que no son su igual.
I don't know if I agree with the premise, but anyway, that is my attempt at translation.

Do you mean you have no friends and are not feeling well? or that you have friends but they are of inferior quality to yourself? You need to clarify this statement, then we can try to help with a translation ( if that is what you are looking for.)
