Yo ofrezco tu ofreces el/ella (el) ofrece ellos/ellas ofrecen Nosotros ofrecemos

Visitas is a feminine plural therefore, muchas instead of muchos. Check your verb agreement again, and the (de) is unnecessary.

Mi escuela or Mi colegio, I think instituto is a place of higher education.

the english word 'My School' in spanish is ''mi escuela''
