Can someone help me to translate this?

I copy this from a handwritten letter, so I might recognize some words incorrectly, thus misspelling some words. I would be very grateful if you can help me translate the following sentences. Also, please let me know if I make any mistakes on spelling.

"Mecachis ya en las kermeses y meures y touteres. La Reina y la Infanta no piensan ahore en otra cosa, que en armar bullanga y correr de un lado a otro."

This part does not make sense at all! "Mecachis ya en las kermeses y meures y touteres."

• "La Reina y la Infanta no piensan ahore en otra cosa, que en armar bullanga y correr de un lado a otro." = La Reina y la Infante no piensan en otra cosa, que en armar bullanga y correr de un lado para el otro" = The Queen and the infant girl cannot think of anything else than making loud noises and running to and fro. (Or running from one place to another)
• "bullanga" is a slang for "bulla" which is noise.
