Hola señorita.
In español, most words that end with "z" and need to be pluralized end up changing the "z" to a "c." So, in this case, it would be "actrices."
They are actresses = Son actrices.
And, as you probably assumed, it's feminine, so you would use "las actrices" when appropriate.
