Hehe, how appropriate. The first one is "perezoso", which, in your case seems to fit pretty well 
...
(No offense by the way, but in this case, it really looks like we should do some of your homework. Mentioning the background could help motivating people to really help you)

And I suppose I could be simpático and help you with the second one, but here again, if this is a homework assignment, it does defeat the purpose... 
Just hope you don't end up saying: ¡qué tipo más antipático! for not wanting to assist! jeje
