Question about the adverb "cerca"

Here is my sentence: Irá a las fiestas interesantes cerca del Parador de Granada.
Would I use "cerca" in that sentence or would it become plural and turn into "cercas"?

I just asked this question the other day so I can help. The members told me adverbs are never pluralized. So your use of "cerca del" is correct as you have written. Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question!

Hi, you always have to use "cerca"; the word "cercas" doesn't exist as an adverb.
It only exists if you're referring to "fences".
