Above Basics
how do you go above basic?

Really hard to put an answer to this. I've studied Spanish for a few years but daily for about a year now, I still feel basic and I tell everyone I'm basic. Everyone knows at work I'm the go to guy for spanish. So, when people ask me how something is said in spanish, I usually spit it out.
Very often I surprise my self at how I knew the word. I can do that only by studying a little each day.
Do it as often as you can. Every other free moment you have, dedicate it to spanish learning, listening, and speaking.
Hello Zelaya. Do you mean that you want to go on to 'improvers'? Usually, Spanish for improvers includes an existing 'rudimentary' knowledge of past and future tenses and a vocabulary of at least 200 words. Improvers would cover such things as, reflexive verbs, commonly used prepositions, e.g. hope to, try to, and imperfect subjunctive, e.g. could, should and might. Hope this helps...Jool.
