"Dear Jose Javier and Alexandra, I would like to first of all thank you for the wonderful experience I had with you both at La Campina and thank you so much for taking the time you spent with us through out the day. It was a very educational day and I know this visit is going to give me an even better understanding of the operations and the direction we are going in regards to new varieties and new products. looking forward to growing together. Regards"

If you are looking for a full translation into Spanish, I am not qualified to give it to you. Moreover, those who are qualified, usually don't like to feel as though they are being treated like a translation machine.

If, you are looking for someone to proofread your letter, I can do that.

If you are writing to 3 people, it should be: "Dear Jose, Javier, and Alexandra, I would like first of all to thank you for the wonderful experience I had with you all at La Campina. Thank you so much for taking the time you spent with me throughout the day. It was a very educational day. I know this visit has given me an even better understanding of the operations, and the direction we are going in regards to new varieties and new products. I'm looking forward to growing together. Regards"

"Dear Jose Javier and Alexandra,

I would like first of all to thank you for the wonderful experience we had with you both at La Campina. Thank you so much for taking the time you spent with us throughout the day. It was a very educational day and I know this visit is going to give us an even better understanding of the operations and the direction we are going in regards to new varieties and new products. We are looking forward to growing together.

My recommended changes: - move "to" so it is next to the verb "thank."
- changed "I had with you" to "we had with you" since the rest of the text is plural. Do not make this change if you were the only one. - The first sentence was long, so should be broken into two sentences. - I recommend you replace the "Thank you" in the second sentence with different words which mean the same thing - since you already said "thank you so much" - I suggest: "I appreciate so much..."
- In this context, "throughout" is a single word. - Your last sentence was missing a pronoun. It can begin as "We look forward..." or "We are looking forward..." if you wish to use a plural form. Otherwise, "I look forward..." or "I am looking forward..." is correct.

I hope you find this helpful.
