I would say "ya lo ví" or "ya lo he visto".

Yeah, this is one of those things that differ in the translation, as english speakers we say watch which would translate to mirar, but native speakers I have found use ver more often. You would still be understand, but it's better to use Ver. - PJballa, Feb 20, 2012

Coffeelate's response is perfectly acceptable. Both of those examples are listed when you look up the English word "already" in the SpanishDict dictionary.

Another, expression found in the SpanishDict dictionary, "Lo hemos visto ya." = "We've seen it already." puts the "ya" at the end. I would guess it would also be acceptable in singular form, "Lo he visto ya." = "I've seen it already."

This is just my attempt. Corrections are appreciated.

I always prefer the most literal translation: Me he mirado ya

Why literal??? A lot of the time literal translations are incorrect. =( - NikkiLR, Feb 20, 2012
Direct translations are almost always lacking, since languages are not interchangeable on a word for word basis. Often, people may be able to figure out what you are trying say. But why not try to say it the way it is normally said? - ciscocaja, Feb 20, 2012
