I would say, "Si alguien sabe con quien puedo hablar, avíseme por favor."

?? This looks like the second part would be in subjunctive, since the first part expresses doubt:

Si alguien sabe de alguien que yo pueda hablar, por favor me aconseja.
(Note: avisar means to warn; aconsejar to advise)

I don't believe I've ever seen that before. I believe it would be "al que" or "a la que."
