I need some help from Native speakers with a translation

Question

I have received an email from my sweet but poorly educated friend in Honduras. If you can, maybe you can help with my understanding. Some words I simply do not know and since they are evidently misspelled, I can't find them. The original text and my attempted translation are below. Much thanks if you can help.

"nesecito construir mi propia casa tengo un solar en los sesesmiles donde mis padres pero no tengo el dinero para construir tener mi casa es mi sueño y estar casada. lo hijos no los puedo tener conmigo .porque uno no lo tengo yo la otra nome la daria el padre poque es su unica hija poreso le pregunte si podia tener hijos para tenele uno tanvien podria irme con uster para su pais sin hijos porque no puedo sacalos del pais"

My Attempted Translation

I must build my own house. I have (some land?) in Sesesmiles (a village in Honduras) where my parents live, but I have no money to build. To have my house is my dream and to be married. I don't have my children with me because I do not have one, and another I cannot take??? from the father because it is his only daughter. That is why I asked if (you or I???) could have children “tenele???” Also, I could go with you to your country without children because I cannot “sacalos???” (Maybe, “to take out”) of the country.

I need to build my own house. I have an undeveloped piece of land in Sesesmiles where my parents (live), but I don't have the money to start building. It is my dream to have a house and be married. I can't have (my) children with me because I don't have one (contact information?) and the other's father won't give her to me because she is his only child. That is why I asked you if you could have children so you could have one. Also I could leave with you to go to your country without (my) children since I can't take them out of the country.

It is very poor grammar though.
