"vale" in Spanish
Hola, Paralee sometimes says what sounds like "bali" or "vali"(I must be spelling it wrong because I can't find a translation) at the start of a sentence, if anyone can tell me what it means I would be very grateful, Gracias, Dave

Yes, the sound at least in Spain, is the "v" coming to the ear as a "b". Some South American friends tend to respect the "v" a little more in my experience but "Vale, vale vale!!! sounding bahleh baahleyh
can be heard in every bar from Cadiz to Barcelona ![]()
That might be "Vale" which is like "Ok".
