"¿Le parece a usted bien si la maquillo?", "¿Le gustaría que yo le aplicara el maquillaje?", "¿Le importaría que yo me ocupase de su maquillaje?"... Hay muchas formas de decirlo y como siempre, dependerá del contexto y, en este caso, de la relación que tengas con la otra persona. No es lo mismo hablar con alguien a quien no conocemos (¿Quiere?, ¿Querría?, ¿Desea?, ¿Puedo?, ¿Podría?...) que con alguien muy cercano (¿Te maquillo yo?).

You could simply ask: "¿Puedo maquillarte?". But as with all of these things in life, try to act in accord with your own morals and identity, and don't make a fool of yourself.

You can use Puedo if you are asking if Can I?

A little suggestion for you, Ray: Since you want to say I want, try using quiero or deseo in place of puedo. smile
