It is pass tense. The beginning of the sentence has to be something like this: Él/Ella dijo que nos quedáramos con..., Yo dije que nos quedáramos con... Ellos/Ellas dijeron que nos quedáramos con... The active verb here is "dijo" or "Dijeron"

Imperfecto de subjuntivo.

It's subjunctive, "imperfect past" or just "past", (in this case it could also be "quedásemos", but it's less common)

For checking verb tenses you can search the infinitive form of a verb in the next page and press the button that says conjugar, then you just search for the verb tense you have. However, it is important that you know the infinitive forms of verbs (in this case, it's quedar). This is the web page:

Past tense of the subjunctive, I believe it's called pluscuamperfecto.

Imperfecto: quedáramos o quedásemos; Pluscuamperfecto: hubiéramos o hubiésemos quedado ;) - Cordobesa, Feb 16, 2012
