House Cleaning Instructions - Multiple Phrases

I am trying to give cleaning instructions for my home- Vacuum all floors
steam mop tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen wipe down kitchen cabinets w a damp cloth
Clean all mirrors, bathroom counters, toilets and tub and shower
Every 4 weeks clean mini blinds and vacuum base boards and dust ceilling fans
Be careful not to bang wood cabinets
