Hi Zalone. I edited your title to clarify it and added some punctuation to your question. Try to use correct spelling and grammar as people are learning English here as well. - Paralee, Feb 16, 2012

A simple way to say it that sounds more "natural" would be. ¿Lo dije bien? This doesn't mean that "¿Lo dije correctamente?" is not correct.

I thought about that one :) - Goldie_Miel, Feb 16, 2012
Yes you did and I am voted for your answer! - farallon7, Feb 16, 2012
Thank you, Farallon :) - FELIZ77, Feb 16, 2012
I thought of saying: lo dije correctamente like Paralee but it is always good to learn other more colloquial ways of saying things :) - FELIZ77, Feb 16, 2012
My pleasure Feliz77! - farallon7, Feb 16, 2012
Puedo decir "es un buen dicho" tambien? - NickDan, Feb 16, 2012
@ farallon7: Jeje, amigo. Hablaba con respecto a eso con "bien" ;o) - Goldie_Miel, Feb 16, 2012
@ NickDan: I think "bien dicho" ("well said"). I've seen that one plenty. I think "es un buen dicho" might be more like "it's a great saying". - Goldie_Miel, Feb 17, 2012

I don't know what the "best" way would be, but I'm guessing:

¿Lo he dicho correctamente? o, quizás, ¿Lo dije correctamente?

Hi Zalone,

Try to make a guess when you ask for a translation, then we can correct your mistakes.

In this case, I would say "¿Lo dije correctamente?"

Hello Zalone, I would say...¿Lo dicho correctamente? from Jool.

You can say it like that, but that translates, ¿Have I say it correctly? - farallon7, Feb 16, 2012
You're missing the 'he', which would then be 'Have I said it correctly?' - KevinB, Feb 16, 2012
Oops! my fault for pressing the answer key too quickly! - jool, Feb 16, 2012

Zalone, there are several ways to make the "virgulilla" on top of the n "ñ"

  1. When you are typing, just below the field where you type, you can find the special characters you need to write those in Spanish. (Only lowercase)
  2. You can program your keyboard via control panel to swithc from English to Spanish and the ; : key will become ñ.
  3. You can hold down the Ctrl key and at the same time type 164 from the numeric key pad on the right of your keyboard. That will make an "ñ" (Unless you have a laptop or a MAC)

español. I have laptop so I cut and pasted the ñ. What about the upside down question mark? - Zalone, Feb 16, 2012
Zalone, you will notice that there is an upside down (inverted) question mark in the accent box directly beneath the answer box :) - FELIZ77, Feb 16, 2012
Zalone, the question mark is also below the field where you type your answeres/questions. Just click on the one you want to use and it will show in your typing. - farallon7, Feb 16, 2012
Aha! I'm not very good at this. I hope to get better. - Zalone, Feb 16, 2012
@ Zalone: This link (#2 in farallon's list) helped me out big time: http://www.studyspanish.com/accents/typing.htm#us-int - Goldie_Miel, Feb 16, 2012
