Are those two exactly the same and are interchangeable in sentences?

No, they are not the same. Llegase is the imperfect subjective in the él, ella and usted form. Llegara is the future indicative in this form.

Pull up a conjugation chart on the verb llegar and you can see what I mean.

"Llegará" - note the accent - is the future indicative. - Vikingo, Feb 15, 2012
no estoy hablando del futuro con el acento, sino el subjuntivo sin el acento - Rey_Mysterio, Feb 15, 2012
Sorry, I forgot the accent mark. - kdrinning, Feb 15, 2012

In practice, yes. However, in some rare contexts you may still hear llegara with the meaning of había llegado, and in that case it's not interchangeable with llegase.

Hope this helps smile

llegara y llegará son diferentes tiempos verbales :

Ojalá yo llegara o llegase más alto.

El llegará tarde a casa.
