You aren't working today? for when you want to know if someone has taken the day off OR if you are asking someone if they don't work any longer, you could say, "Did you quit working?"
Yes, but I have the week off. OR Yes, but I'm off this week.
These would be common English versions of your sentences. I hope this helps.
