I can't find my thread anymore!!

Question

i opened a thread yesterday and now it's gone!! what can l do??? and why there is a close word next to most of the threads???? what does that mean and how can l do it too???!

When there is the word "closed" on the thread, it means a Moderator or Administrator has shut down your thread and/or deleted it.
