Using "hace" like ago in Spanish

Vivo aca hace 3 meses = I have lived here for 3 months.
Vivía aca hace 3 meses = I have been living here for 3 months.
Are those translations correct?

Vivo acá/aquí hace 3 meses = I have lived here for 3 months. more or less, yes. I'd say "I've been living here for 3 months
Vivía acá hace 3 meses = I have been was living here for 3 months. (I no longer live here)

I lived here. Same. It just that one is imperfect like "Oh, I used to live here but then I moved" or "I was living here when my son was born"; the other (vivé) is simply I lived here, end of story lol. Me entiendes? - Goldie_Miel, Feb 14, 2012

Vivo aquí desde hace 3 meses = I have lived here 3 months. Vivé allí hace tres meses = I lived there 3 months ago. Cuando era joven vivía allí durante 3 meses. = When I was young I lived there for 3 months.
