Como se utiliza la palabra invitar en el contexto de invitar a alguien a hacer algo o ir a alguna parte. Por ejemplo: Te invito al cine?, Te invito a comer?. Gracias

Hola Kib, bienvenido al foro. En inglés, se puede decir "Can I take you out to (the movies/dinner)?". También se usa "Would you like go to (the movies/dinner)?" o "Want to go to (the movies/dinner)?").

"I invite you." is a proper sentence, but it is not common to say it like that.

We would normally just say, "Do you want to go see a movie?", or "Do you want to go out to eat?".

I agree. This is probably the most natural way. Or: **Would you** like to go see a movie? **Would you** like to go out to eat? - Goldie_Miel, Feb 13, 2012

También se puede decir "Can I invite you out for dinner?" o "Can I invite you to the movies?" O como una declaración "I want to invite you out for dinner/out to the movies".
