"Ir" is the infinitive meaning "to go". "Voy" is the first-person singular conjugation of the verb "ir" in the present indicative, so basically, it means "I go".

Tengo que ir a la tienda. - I have to go to the store.

Voy a la tienda con mis amigos. - I'm going to the store with my friends.

Did you try and use the translator or dictionary first? This page gives many examples. As your studies continue, you will be going to the conjugation page often -- to become familiar with all of the forms of a verb:

voy, vas, va, vamos, vais, van (I, you, he, we, you all, they go ...)
