How do I change between Spanish to English and English to Spanish

I agree . . . this is a very broad question. However, I can give you some things to think about that might help you decide how to make your own personal learning plan.
Build a vocabulary using flash cards . . . and practice every day!
Find a program that will teach you grammar, syntax and conversation skills. Personally, I started off with Rosetta Stone for a few months and later began taking weekly lessons. This worked very well for me!
Be open to immerse yourself in the culture . . . music, television, films, traditions. The language is useless if you do not understand the people with whom you are trying to communicate.
Build your listening skills . . . communication is a two-way street. If you cannot understand what others are saying to you, knowing a few Spanish phrases and sentences is simply --- trivia! Learn to communicate. (see number 3)
Most importantly, do not give up! I have found learning to communicate with others in another language one of the most challenging thing I have ever attempted. Devote NO LESS than an hour a day to studying your language. Some days you will feel like a genius, other days like a fool . . . it does not matter! Continue to practice, study and sek opportunities through which to converse with others in the language you are studying. Progress will be slow, but steady!
