Welcome BC! This appears to be a prepositional phrase for the most part:
De = Of
Su = Her/His/Your
Novio = Boyfriend/Fiancé/Groom/Newlywed (depending on the context)

De su novio = Of her boyfriend
Most likely, depending on the context, it would translate as "Her boyfriend's ________." but there could be other ways it would be used.
Ex:
Los libros de textos de su novio. = Her boyfriend's textbooks. (Literally, "The textbooks of her boyfriend.")
