problem with e mail verification

ive requested email verification several times. it never comes. i checked inbox and junk mail but nothing. today message said "no record of this e mail address"
please help. This site is fabulous.

Hi - have you told your problems directly to the team via the Feedback button on the RHS? This worked for me when I had similar problems and a very helpful lady called Martha sorted it all out for me.
