how to you incorporate ginger beer and apple into a name of a drink?

Beer = cerveza
Ginger beer = cerveza de jengibre
Apple (the fruit) = manzana
Ginger beer and apple = cerveza de jengibre y manzana
Apple juice would be jugo de manzana (Latin America) or zumo de manzana (Spain).
