"calm down and have patience"
How do you tell someone to be calm and have some patience?

Tranquilo. Ten paciencia.
I would say:
¡Tranquilízate y ten paciencia!
I think you could also say:
íCálmate y ten paciencia!
You need to use the command or imperative form of the verb tranquilizar or calmarse
Use tú
(this is the form of address you would use for family/friends and people you know well I wouldn't advise you to use it for strangers (formal form Ud)
I hope this helps![]()
