Someone asked me if Spanish is my first language, WoW, but it's not!!!
A couple of weeks ago I was helping a couple at my job(college), they spoke to me in English however there English was poor nevertheless I spoke with them in English. They were interested in taking up English courses so as I accompanied them to the office a friend of mine was passing by and we began speaking Spanish, afterward the couple looked at me and said wow you speak Spanish "you're Hispanic" and right before I could explain to them that I'm not Hispanic they also said you speak English very well, LOL, and I replied of course English is my first language but I've been studying Spanish for 4 years now but they were very impressed, but this happened to me twice this month. I guess that's a good sign right?
