Could you provide a definition or example of affirmative verbs? Are you speaking of affirmative commands? There are affirmative and negative pronouns alguien vs nadie, alguno vs nada nunca vs siempre etc. and which pronoun being used would influence whether the verb was negative or affirmative [depending on the location of the pronoun]. Is that what you are referring to?
Or do you just want to know how to use no to make negative sentence?
