I always said Caja de búsqueda, but I looked it up and came up with Cuadro de búsqueda or barra de búsqueda.
Also, you will more commonly here "Haz clic..."
But you don't "Haz clic" en una caja de búsqueda.

caja de búsqueda is used a lot online, but that is for one that you fill in; not a button that you click on.
