Combo - sandwich, side, and drink... usually.
(I'm wondering if it's the same in Spanish as it is in English)

In this article on comida basura (chatarra) they use the English word combo.
Un combo grande de comida chatarra (hamburgesa doble con queso, papas fritas, bebidas y postre) puede contener 9200 kJ (2200 kcal)
Ordenar una hamburguesa pequeña en lugar de una grande y obviamente evitar la opción agrandar el combo.
