how do you conjugate reflexive verbs?

Along with the normal conjugation of the non-reflexive use of the verb [if there is one], the appropriate reflexive pronoun will be included.
despertarse would conjugate in all tenses and moods exactly the same as despertar, but it would also include the reflexive pronoun.
me despierto
te despiertas
se despierta
etc.
