If it had a capital letter I could guess it meant the name of a place, city or country (assuming my geography is THAT poor).

"Vivo en Salamanca" would then be my only choice.

But without a capital letter it could mean really anything under the sun.

"Vivo con salamanca" is possible, I could live with anything.
