MS owned Skype problem

Question

Skype just just took £20 from my account without explaining why it was not the normal £10.

When I tried to contact them via their "feedback" option I was told there was something wrong with my internet connection. I tried a few times and got the same result. Nothing wrong with my connection to SD

Anyone else had this problem?

Never had any problems Ian , although they did suspend their automatic

debit of the account when it fell below $ 5.00 .but that has now been reinstated .

One word of warning it sounds a cheap system and it is, although it can , and

in my case does run away from you as some countries charge like wounded bulls.

I've only got the free version anyway.

I have never encountered that. So far Skype has been absolutely correct in their billing of my account.
