How do you say 'long hours'?
I'm writing an essay on work and work experience but I don't know whether it would be las horas largas or las largas horas.

I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to say (context is always helpful), but I would imagine that in most cases, you would probably go with "largas horas."
For example:
- Estoy acostumbrado a largas horas de navegación ? I am used to long hours of navigation.
? It serves as inspiration and motivation during long hours of entertainment.
? It's a network of criminal dedicated to attracting people in order to send them to other European countries and make them work long hours in exchange for extremely low pay.
The expression, "horas largas" is possible; however, from my understanding, it is probably most often used to emphasize a given duration of time. For example:
The delegates vote following two long hours of debate.
? The Zaragoza Council will undergo four long hours of intense athletic competition.
¨horas prolongadas¨ = legnthy or prolonged hours
