Misty, while it's is very kind of you to apologise, were you actually asking for a translation? Lol If the answer is yes, please make your requests clearer in future so people can know how best to help you.

= Lo siento por la inconveniencia. Que tenga un buen día,

o

Lo siento por la incomodidad. Que tenga un buen día,

I really don't think you need the word please it just sounds odd/strange

You could say instead: Espero que tenga un buen día. = I hope [that] you have a good day
