I can't obtain a new password!

Question

So, I tried logging on this morning and I was directed to the new site. I can't remember my old password so I can't log in. When I request a new password the site sends me a verification code for my account, but no new password. Anybody know how I can get around this problem? Thanks! pescador1.

Sanlee, when I click on the verification code link it says something like: "Account verified. Welcome to Spanishdict. Complete your profile". When I click this it says: "You must be logged into to complete your profile" and it wants my username and password. I have lost my password several times and I usually am sent a new one. Thanks for your help though!

One suggestion that I made to another forero that forgot his password was to look in his browser if he allows it to remember his sign-in info. I included the steps for finding it, but I no longer remember which browser it was that we discussed. I know that you can view your saved passwords in Firefox which I use to view this site.

Tools -->Options-->Security-->Saved passwords-- find in list...http://spanishdict.com--->Show saved passwords

I think when you click on the verification code, I takes you to a place where you can create a new password. Try clicking on it and see if that works. Good luck, Pescador. Can you send a message to Feedback?

Thanks for your help Q, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. This sucks! I don't care about the changes that much, but it sucks when you have to start completely over.
