Could you let me know what is the differences ' gusto el perro y me gusta el perro' ?
Actually, I think both are same meaning (?).
gusto ... y me gusta ... gustes.... y te gusta...

gusto el perro is incorrect and me gusta el perro is correct. That is the main difference.
The dog is pleasing to me. I like the dog. is the 2nd sentence.
El perro is the subject of the sentence so the verb gustar must be conjugated to 3rd person, singular [present tense, indicative mood] or gusta
Al perro le gusto yo is a possible sentence using gusto. The subject of the sentence is Yo, hence the verb is gusto.
I am pleasing to the dog. or The dog likes me.
