¿Dónde trabaja [usted] actualmente? or ¿Dónde está trabajando [usted] actualmente?
sound better to me.
Where are working at the moment? doesn't make sense in English. We don't have built-in subjects with our verbs like Spanish does. You have to state the subject.
Where are you working at the moment. (currently/nowadays)
